One Day Lecture
Investigation of officer involved shootings presents significant challenges to the officers involved, the investigation team, police department management, the District Attorney, the city, the media, and the public. Captain James Albrecht (Ret.) has participated in and supervised these types of investigations. He will present a one day lecture and workshop that will address these issues and more. The workshop will cover the inception of the investigation through department investigation, relations with the DA, and the officer post trauma.
POSTC re-training credits will be sought for police officers attending.
